WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order has been shipped then it is out of my hands seeing as I have zero control over the post office.

I am not responsible for stolen, lost, delayed packages or customs fees that may occur. If you have any transit issues then you must contact your local post office with your tracking number.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

You can contact the store and we will inquire at the post office, but I am not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local post office or mail courier to check your packages whereabouts.


WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Once your order has shipped I do not accept cancellations or exchanges.

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact me within 14 days of the delivery date with photo proof of damages. Depending from the kind of damage I can offer a partial refund, discount on future orders or send a new replacement item!


DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Yes AND no. I ship to all countries outside the U.S. except for:

Unfortunately, due to current VAT laws, I am NOT shipping orders to the UK or Norway. If you order from any of the countries listed above, I will cancel the order. I apologize for the inconvenience.

* A small selection of countries may be experiencing a mail acceptance suspension with USPS due to COVID travel restrictions.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED/DELIVERED?

Orders will typically be shipped through USPS within 7 working days.*

Delivery dates are never guaranteed, especially with COVID delays. These timeframes are only estimations. Your patience is appreciated!

Domestic: 3-7 business days
International: 6-12 business days

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER'S BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email when it's sent!


DOES MY ORDER COME WITH TRACKING?

Yes, all orders except print only orders will be mailed USPS First Class which comes with free tracking.

If your order only contains small print, it will not come with tracking. However, you can choose to add tracking to a print only order by adding the "Add Tracking" product to your cart for an extra cost.


CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

If your order hasn't shipped yet you can send me an email if you:

Want to add something else to your order without being charged shipping twice
Need me to edit your delivery address
Wish to cancel your order before it's shipped


WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER?

HOW ARE ORDERS PACKAGED?

Charm orders will be mailed in a small poly bag package. Charm + print / sticker orders will also be mailed in a poly bag, with a cardboard insert to prevent the print from bending.

Print only, sticker only, and print + sticker orders will be mailed in a small rigid envelope.

Both charms and prints will come inside a clear protective sleeve.
